Stocky purchase order history: how to keep it after the shutdown

When Stocky shuts down on August 31, 2026, everything inside it — including your entire purchase order history — becomes inaccessible. That history is more valuable than it looks, and keeping it takes a few minutes now. Here’s how.

Export it before the shutdown

In Stocky, open Purchase Orders (or Settings → Data Export) and download your purchase orders as CSV. Grab everything, not just recent orders. This is the single most important file to pull out of Stocky — do it today rather than in August, when the app is delisted and support is winding down.

Why this file matters so much

Your PO history isn’t just a record of past orders — it’s your supplier data in disguise. Every line contains:

• Which supplier you bought from.
• Which products were on the order.
• The cost you paid.
• The dates, which reveal your real lead times.

That matters because Stocky has no supplier export — there’s no way to download your suppliers, costs or lead times as a list. The PO history CSV is how you recover all of it. See the full supplier export workaround.

Keep it usable, not just archived

A CSV sitting in a folder is better than nothing, but it’s hard to actually use — you can’t reorder from a spreadsheet. The goal is to get that history into a tool that turns it back into working data.
